Death of the Direct Message (DM)
Twitter has been experiencing a number of issues lately. Everyone we heard from seemed to experience an inflated number of tweets. Ours tripled from around 6,000 to over 18,000 and it took over a week to have the issue resolved even though we were one of the first 300 to follow twitter’s guidelines and policy for reported the issue.
