Director of Sales
Senior Sales Manager in charge of all sales activities, departments, and personnel involved in Sales and Marketing. Provide leadership in the day to day sales functions, while remaining focused on the company’s strategic goals. Member of the company’s Senior Executive Staff. Reports to the Chief Marketing Officer and President. Analyze sales statistics to determine business growth potential. Participates with the Senior Staff in the development of the Strategic Marketing Plan for the company. Develops and maintains business relations with clients of the company. Seeks out and targets new potential clients and new sales opportunities, initiates action plan to approach and secure new client relationships for the company. Meet or exceed revenue growth projections through superior negotiation. Identify and secure partners without sacrificing quality. Role includes building, sustaining and pursuing a pipeline of potential clients in strategic market areas. Manages and participates in the due diligence process as well as the integration planning for new clients.
Director of Client Services
Evans Media group is seeking a Director of Client Services to lead and develop the client services team. The position requires a high degree of commitment and responsibility, exceptional written and verbal communications skills and a high level of technical aptitude. Applicants should be interested in joining a fast-paced, expanding boutique agency. The ideal candidate will possess a broad range of abilities and interests including building and developing structures for team growth, working directly with clients who need immediate responses, technical assistance, and solutions. The Director of Client Services will provide a strategic approach to how we service our clients. Working with the Director of Sales, and the Director of Social Media Strategies, the Director of Client Services will make recommendations to the President and the CTO on how to raise the level of Evans Media Group’s full service offering. The Director of Client Services will be expected to understand the digital communications landscape and be able to manage the client-side issues at a strategic level.
Director of Consumer Insights & Research
The Director of Consumer Insights & Research will work with a cross-functional team including Marketing, Client Services, Social Media Strategies, and Sales to define and evolve the Evans Media Group client experience. The position requires a laser-like client focus, a data-driven approach, and a strong understanding of the online market and of social network communities. The ideal candidate will possess significant experience planning and conducting online usability research with a consumer web based company or web design consulting firm or agency. The ability to effectively represent the voice of the consumer in a matrixed organization with multiple business verticals and sometimes conflicting priorities is key. The Director of Consumer Insights and Research will bring a comprehensive understanding of the current state of web technology and best practices, with a critical awareness of implications on online reputations, brand monitoring, and online marketing strategies.
